Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are more than prepared to exchange it for another of your choice, or provide a refund. Any ties that you may wish to exchange or return should be unworn, and will need to be returned within 30 days of your receiving them.
Simply email us at Contact Us stating Your Order ID and request, and send the items you wish to return.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
You can track the status of your return shipment at www.blaackties.com through My Account. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Shipping and Delivery
Express shipping is at a subsidised rate of S$3 in Singapore, unless otherwise stated. For overseas orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for purchases of more than S$100 in a single order.
We use the delivery address straight from your inputted data, so please take care when entering your details. Any mistake may result in longer delivery times. For express courier within Singapore, normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. International delivery is usually within 10 working days.
Blaack Ties prides itself in providing customer satisfaction. Our drive is to make our ties and your experience with us, remarkable. It is our priority that you receive your Blaack tie as soon as is humanly possible, for this reason, we express ship within Singapore, and Air Mail internationally. It is not unusual for your order to be shipped on the day it is received. All prices quoted on the website include the express shipping price for Singapore and relevant GST. A small shipping surcharge is added for international orders.
Payments
All prices are charged in Singapore dollars. The prices listed on the website do not include relevant overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur. Any home currency prices are indicative, based on current exchange rates. The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card; it will depend on the exchange rate used by your credit card company when the total is attributed to your card.
